Your host Inderpreet was brought up with traditional Indian food culture all his life, and has enjoyed food from all across India. Now he has dedicated himself to presenting that food culture to Sydney’s discerning diners, translating traditional ingredients and techniques into modern tastes and innovative combinations.
Inderpreet’s parents, Santokh and Manvinder, began running Grace of India when his parents began running Grace of India, shaping his early years in an environment devoted to authentic Indian cuisine and hospitality. It was here that he learned the art of traditional Indian cooking, enriched by a passion for hospitality. Over the years, Lavendra has built a strong reputation for its authentic Indian flavours, attention to detail, and consistently warm dining experience. He is also the owner of Coco Terrigal, a vibrant Asian fusion restaurant and bar offering bold flavours in a relaxed coastal setting.
Inderpreet is bringing a new face to Indian dining through ‘Lavendra’, with its personally crafted seasonal menus using locally sourced fresh ingredients.
